“I have the v5 watch in black and wanted to the look for summer so had the white strap for Father's Day Whilst the strap looked amazing and suited the contrast against the watch colour, the strap didn't work and read the tags. I contacted customer services and after a few troubleshooting checks hadn't worked, they sent another out immediately. I thought this one hadn't worked either until they advised me to make sure everything was tightened fully. I then applied a load of pressure to the strap pushing it into the watch and then tightened the screws within an inch of their lives and it finally worked. I think there might just be an issue with my batch where the probes in the strap weren't connecting with the watch properly until I did this. I can safely say, it's working perfect and looks amazing.”

“I got the V5 and while it was nice, wanted to add a little zip to the style, so I got the White Strap. It came with the tools needed to change and was very easy to do. These straps are the key to making sure your tags work so now I have 2 choices in style... hey might even buy the gray one.”
