“Not fast, basic and solves a problem i was having with software trying to use the same port as something else, it would 'nice' if these where in stock rather than no stock and not limited to one per customer as i want to do some cctv work and need more that one.”
“I love this little wonder. It's just amazing how much you can do with this sub-5£ piece of tech. Of course, it's very basic, so you need at the minimum a usb-ethernet adaptor for any network task. So, I do not recommend it to anyone who wants a more plug'n'play device. That said, for the right task, you have great power in such a small scale.”
“It's hard to believe this is so inexpensive, especially since the case I got for it costs more. It comes in a little anti-static bag which I'm sure is standard, but is mildly humorous considering I've seen online how these things can be handled and still function perfectly well. For my purposes I had to buy it with a power supply (£8), micro USB-ethernet adaptor (£10) and I chose to get a case too (£5) so in total it cost £27.66 (excluding shipping). So it's an initial investment, but then very cheap to replace.
I'm no tech-expert, but with the help of some tutorials, I managed to put an operating system on this, install Pi-Hole and now run it as my network's ad blocker. I've not had it long, but it's nice to know that should I break it,”
