What is there new to say about the Pi Zero! I bought this to use as part of a high altitude balloon payload, adding a GPS module and radio transceiver. It is remarkably robust and seems to be able to survive even my clumsy soldering. Good product and hopefully they will become more readily available soon. Pimoroni are one of the few suppliers with stock in the UK.

This is a high resolution camera sensor to which you can fix a camera lens. I built a camera using a pi with an Adafruit screen in a Pimoroni case. I attached the sensor to the back of the case and added a shutter button using the software from the current MagPi. It works but it is not a camera I would take with me because it needs a large battery. There is one in my phone which is easier to use. If I wanted a better camera than the one in my phone I would buy one. The only advantage the Pi camera is that you can attach a big hdmi screen. An interesting project, if you want to make a camera for a particular purpose.
