“The Raspbrry Pi 5 Official Active Cooler is easy to mount on the Raspberry Pi 5 and seems to be doing it's job. I haven't measured any temperatures, but I haven't encountered any high temperature problems either.”

* It is easy to install. Just two plastic buttons to fasten the thing down on a Pi5.
* It does its job, keeps the Pi5 cool, though I have not done extensive testing.
* It has an "industrial" feel to it. It is not amateurishly constructed.
* Price and shipping were reasonable.
* I don't like writing reviews until the product has been in service long enough that I can attest to its reliability/longevity. I've had this running for a few days and cannot attest. My observation is that cheap fans die relatively quickly, and good fans do not. I don't know about this one, but I have high hopes.
Based on my experience so far, I'd say: buy one now! But time will tell.”
