Once you update Ubuntu or Raspberry Pi os it will make the fan not run continuously and only run when needed. Not very loud at all once firmware / os updates applied.
This cannot be used at the same time as a case mounted active cooler. Example rpi oem red and white case and Cana kit turbine fan case.
There is also only one power port for a fan so unless you make a 2 way splitter cable only one fan can run.”
