“Been using the pi since the first model and it never disappoints, for me I'm a very casual hardware/software tinkerer so the pi is perfect for when I need a cheap device to do whatever for, for example I have this one for a retro arcade setup using Retropie and another pi 3 which I now use for a speaker bridge to allow multiple speakers to be synced (kinda Sonos style), you don't have to worry about messing up the software because it's just a case of taking the SD card out and reformatting it so it gives the freedom to tinker however you like without worry!
Only real complaint I have about the pi 4 specifically is the use of micro HDMI, not sure the inclusion of two HDMI's were worth it for using such an annoyingly obscure HDMI standard.”

I already have one of these that I use as another NAS server to serve videos / photos etc to a Pi 3 downstairs running KODI. I find them really useful as building blocks for specific uses.”
