“I used it for the first time yesterday, but it doesn't work. I installed the software on the raspberry pi 3B + with one liner and rebooted, but the screen remained black. The LCD backlight doesn't even turn on, so it's probably out of order.
I bought it directly from the pimoroni official, but is there any guarantee for this? I live in Japan and can't speak English so I can't get in touch.”
