This is my favourite out of the box project! So easy to set up and we can watch our fish over the internet. Really great value for money with the Pi Zero included!

It was really easy to assemble, only downside was that Chromebooks don't support burning the motioneyeOS on the sd card, so I had to use someone else's machine to set it up.

Superb little kit for getting started with the Pi Zero W, camera, MotionEye OS and covert surveillance! Once you're familiar with the comprehensive features of MotionEye you can start really having fun! The Pi Zero is small enough to fit almost anywhere, has brilliant WiFi range and with the camera on a flexi-cable you can bend it to where you need it. Since there were a few of us in our shared house having food stolen I recently installed the camera in an existing deep single gang mains surface mount patress along with a butchered USB phone charger wired directly into the mains. Nobody even saw the new 4mm hole drilled in the side. We managed to catch the thief with video evidence uploaded automatically to Google Drive! The kit is now mounted in an old broken iron, for more surveillance! Two notes: You have to be quite careful with the camera as it's easy to break, and be extremely careful when playing with mains wiring and equipment; if in doubt switch it off and tape it up, you have been warned!

Great bit of kit - very easy to put together and very easily-followed instructions. They weren't kidding when they say to be careful with the camera connector as it's very fragile! Looking forward to trying this with an infra-red camera for some night vision projects.

Nice little kit, and easy to set up and install. I had a little trouble installing MotionEye over the top of Raspbian, so went with the standard MotionEye ISO instead. Worked first time! I also want to add how impressed I am with Pimoroni. The first kit I ordered didn’t arrive, so they sent me out another one that arrived the next day. Thank you!
