It definitely lowers the temperature compared to the clear plastic case I had before. (CPU 40c compared to 59c).
I wanted to fix it to a panel, so I had to fix a bracket on the back. The screws that hold the 2 parts together go in from the back, so you can’t just screw the back to a panel then fit the front. But that’s ok.”
“Feels really solid and chunky - comes with spare heat conductive pads. Does a great job of keeping the Pi cool through passive cooling. Nice finish to the heatsink. Looks a lot more expensive than it cost.”
