“I have recently purchased this and the flexi is useless as they have holes to drink out of that can not be closed so basically no good for any type of travel/transport unless you hold it constantly or sit at a desk then don't buy”

“Have used the lid once on the SHO Pacto with a green tea but it burnt my lip as the product worked too good! Could keep it hot for hours as advertised. I now only use the cup and I’m still impressed as my hands don’t get hot.”

“I bought this as it came up at a special price so I thought why not. I made a cup of tea with milk and left it with the lid on, after 2 1/2 hrs I was able to drink it but it was still quite hot. 100% recommend these.”
