“This leaks as can not be used as a travel mug, it also doesn’t keep drinks hot for 4 hours and when you get just over half way it’s really hard to drink from, you have to really tilt it up and it then split over me.”

“I bought the Pacto mug for my colleague as she has been admiring mine for so long! She absolutely loves it! I’ve bought a few of these now for my colleagues over the years and by stealth am converting the whole office to various SHO products! This mug keeps my coffee hot for hours which is perfect for those busy days when I don’t get time to sit and drink it quickly.”

“Massive design flaw where your nose blocks the air hole so it isn’t smooth drinking experience. Contacted support who weren’t interested but admitted they knew there was an issue. Love their water bottles but will take my business elsewhere now”
