“Fantastic little cup. Keeps drinks cool for hours, I didn't think they would because of the hole in the lid but they're fantastic. Unfortunately I don't like using the metal straws with the Pactos because of the metal scratching against the bottom of the cup, would be great if they could add something to the bottom of the straw to stop this.”

“Happy with the colour & size of the Pacto. Love the fact it keeps my drinks cold in this lovely weather we are having at the moment. Been having an issue with the lid but am being sent a new one. Excellent”

“can't help singing whenever I hear " Sho Pacto" love the colours. I am forever pouring a coffee and then too busy to drink while its hot. This cup means it remains hot for several hours. Also keeps a G & T cold. Although unsure for how long as doesn't usually last beyond 30 minutes”

“The cup is beautiful. Certainly keeps drinks hot with the lid on. The hole for drinking is a bit far back and I find it difficult to drink through the lid. Therefore I have to remove the lid in order to drink. Good seal but not leak proof due to the lid design”
