“The pacto is a great cup for using when at work, keeping your tea hot during meetings. I didn’t give it the 5 stars as I feel it’s a bit big for my hands but it’s a beautiful colour.”

“Work in an outpatients department, so for health and safety all hot drinks must be in a flask or lidded cup. My pacto fits the bill. And keeps my drinks nice and hot.”
