“Lovely thermal, keeps drink really hot, very well presented on arrival. Only couple of improvement I could point out are that there is no grip on the bottom of the mug and the lid doesn’t quite match up to the mug so makes it slightly awkward when drinking.”

“I love my pacto cup, it keeps my coffee super hot during work meetings & fab for camping - I really love it. It doesn’t fit in the car cup holders but I have plenty that do- I genuinely love this cup”
