“An excellent product and such a pretty feminine patterned cup which is so much nicer than the usual thermal cups on the market. It kept my tea hot for ages. I will definitely buy the navy patterned option once it's back in stock.”

“Gorgeous floral design that is a really neat shape and keeps coffee warm for ages. The only thing is the lid is in baby pink and when coffee dribbles it dries it is noticeably black on the crevices of lid.”

“I have a very negative experience with Sho team. I am not happy with the Pacto as it keeps losing hotness much faster than my Calix bottle. After 2 hours drink is lightly warm only. I did the water test as advised and after 4 hours temperature was 47C. I sent the item back for testing at their end where temperature was 52C according their measurements. At your website there is a statement “keeps your drink piping hot for 4 hours” which is an absolute nonsense and misleading lie. Today I received my unwanted bottle back. I suggested for the refund as I sent the item back to them already, (mhowever company decided rather to sent it back to me. I haven’t had such a stressful situation for a long time. I made many purchases with Sho and I am happy with Calix and SHO bottle, but this time I am disgusted by the way how I am forced to use something I am not happy about and again, Pacto just does not have good insulation properties. When I asked for the refund, they ignored my request and sent the bottle anyway. I am very disappointed.”
