“Beautiful little cup. Admired from afar as a gift to my daughter, but she loves it”

“Really poor design. I bought it as it looks pretty and thought it'd be better than disposable cups. The lid closer make it so you can't get it apart to clean it. The hole in the lid means it is not leakproof. The shape of the base means it will not fit in a standard cup holder and then due to the hole in the lid will tip over and leak either into the car or your bag. The shape of the base with the lid on means you have to tip the cup to an awkward angle to get the last bit of the drink out and I've actually choked twice. It doesn't keep the drink warm for very long and gives it an odd metallic taste. I guess I'll save it for cold drinks for the summer.”

“Amazing service. I recieved my order really quickly and my SHO tumblers are fantastic the design on the 350ml tumbler is absolutely beautiful and I just wish they did it on the 500ml tumbler. They both keep my drink hot for hours. I can't recommend them enough.”

“Beautiful cup and packaging. Keeps your drink hot, but I found the mouth hole too far back. When you reach halfway down, the liquid doesn't come out easily, so I have to take the lid off to drink it.”

“So very disappointed with this product due to several factors. The plastic lid offers zero heat protection therefore the beverage doesn’t stay hot for long at all. It leaks from the vent hole and the sliding mechanism is impossible to fully clean. Also, this cup does not fit in a standard cup holder so no good for travel. I do not recommend this product at all sadly.”
