“Brought my first SHO Pacto as reusable cup for when out and about. A perfect size for a flat white coffee that keeps hot so bought a second one for husband. Recommend”

“I recently bought myself a PACTO for work as fed up with drinking cold coffee. I am really impressed keeping my cuppa hot for 3 hours. I then bought my colleagues one as presents and both said best gift ever. Love Love these, thank you Sho ❤️”

“Very dissappointed with this item. The lid has an open hole so difficult to transport, and didn't keep drink hot for long. It was suggested to try out with a silicone lid but this just meant when I removed the silicone lid I dripped coffee everywhere. Customer service said I could return it unused but by time I paid postage to return on top of original postage or was hardly worth it.”
