My son and I use the food flasks for lunch and they are fantastic! I fill them with boiling water first, tip that out and put the food. Often it's not full the whole way. 4 hours later it is still piping hot and even 8 hours later it is still pleasantly warm. Very easy to clean and I love the fold up spork it comes with too.

Amazing Food Flask. My girls use food flasks for school and the ones we had didn't keep hot for long enough so i purchased some replacement's from Sho as I know they are great products. Ordering online was quick and easy and deliver was quick too. I bought 3 one for myself and I was not disappointed. Food was made at around 7:30am and still hot at 1pm. I have and would highly recommend Sho to friends and family.

The 580ml flask is perfect for lunchtime. I have enjoyed taking a hot lunces to work. Heating my food up at 6am and it'd still hot at midday. several colleagues have also purchased a sho flask now. Perfect for the autumn and winter months ahead!
