“My son and I use the food flasks for lunch and they are fantastic!
I fill them with boiling water first, tip that out and put the food. Often it's not full the whole way.
4 hours later it is still piping hot and even 8 hours later it is still pleasantly warm.
Very easy to clean and I love the fold up spork it comes with too.”
