“Bad design. Stainless steel lid is dangerous… it gets so hot it burns your lips. I got blisters! The cup itself stays lovely and cool. Need a plastic top which a lot of your competitors use.”

“Very happy with the cup. After reading various comments on internet I top up drink with cold water. However I have an issue with the metal lid the same as many people. I also don’t find the positioning of the sipping hole very comfortable. I will be seeking a different lid”
