“A beautiful product, let down by a serious design fault in the lid. It is made from metal and, surprise surprise, metal is a conductor of heat! Imagine my excitement at using my new addition to my extensive SHO range, only to receive a nasty scald to my top lip, removing a layer of skin. Admittedly, you put a sticker on the lid warning people who, crazily, might want to drink their cuppa whilst still hot, that the lid may get hot. Come on SHO, a little common sense is in order here, a plastic coated lid is essential. And your email offering an undisclosed discount off a different product is hardly going to sort this one out. Disappointed.”

“I bought the new reusable coffee cup as I’ve always love SHO products. Really pleased I did as it’s easy to open and seal, stays clean better than other cups and is far more robust. Absolutely love it!”

“What a great product, easy to use and keeps my coffee nice and hot, not used It with cold drinks as yet. I have several other products from SHO, which are excellent.”

“Used my Calix for the first time today.. I already have the Fortis plus Sipper lid as a coffee mug and the Calix is noticeably different to use in terms of how I drink from it... more like a standard mug from a coffee shop? Nevertheless totally love the design and the colours (I have purple!) and very pleased with the purchase. Going to try the straw top tomorrow.”

“Keeps my coffee hot for the whole of my 6hrs at work. The metal top doesnt get too hot to drink from. There's no closure to the top, which is disappointing but I use a silicon jar/bowl cover from Ikea which has solved the problem of leaks when transporting my coffee from home to work. Overall..it's great!”

“I have been looking for that perfect coffee cup and finally found it! Although slightly bigger than what I wanted it has not failed in meeting my requirements! Soo glad this came into my inbox when it did. Im a busy working mum and always running around and my coffee stays nice and hot till I can finally take a seat. I have had lots of compliments of how good the cup looks and it looks fab!”
