“Great company and fabulous products! Only two stars for this item as the lid is not secure as it keeps bouncing back up. Still awaiting a response from SHO regarding my issue. I have ordered many products, but disappointed with this product.”

“travel mug I had started leaking and was getting annoying so came straight to sho and found the calix and it’s brilliant doesn’t leak isn’t hot on the outside like other cups can be and keeps my coffee hot for hours I’m so glad I ordered it I couldn’t recommend this company enough I love all their products and want one of the sports bottles now ❤️”
