“I love the style however I found that the lid got really hot I actually got a blister on my lip from it, I have to leave my drink too cool before I can put the lid on so it is drinkable. It does hold the heat though. I wish I had have ordered the bottle for cold drink instead”

“Love this mug keeps my tea hot for hours, only downpoint is it needs a travel lid & it can burn if you drink too soon otherwise I'd have given it the full 5 stars”

“I love it! I purchased the Calix Cup and the extra straw lid. I was really impressed with the packaging when it arrived. Lovely boxing and all recyclable. I have only used my cup for cold drinks so I can’t comment on how it retains heat, however it definitely keeps drinks cool! I took an iced drink to work that I made at 8am, I’d drunk the drink and left the cup on my desk and when I went to wash the cup out at 5pm, there were still ice cubes in the bottom of the cup! I debated for a while about getting one but I wish I’d got one sooner. The colour is lovely and it has a nice feel to it. Really pleased and I’ve recommended to friends - absolutely worth the price!”

“The SHO flask is excellent at keeping your hot drinks warm for hours, how ever with the lid being metal its very hot on your lips and also there is no cover over the whole so ended up spilling my drink.”
