“I find the shakes a great way to kick start my healthy eating, I am able to get back to a good eating routine when I use the shakes for a few weeks. My favourite is the banana shake and I'd a great one for breakfast. I feel satisfied until lunch shake and ready to eat a well balanced evening meal. I have lost 3kg in two weeks with no hunger or feeling restricted to eat with the family on an evening.”
