“Such a fabulous concept. I'm not great at dieting proper- counting calories etc mean I still have food in the house!!! By removing food and replacing it with shakes means I have time to look at my triggers to stand in the fridge grazing. My favourite is the museli plus caramel shakes. Yummy”
