“I purchased three 6ft by 5ft vertical fence panels and they are of a really high quality. The price including delivery was very reasonable and I will certainly be getting more in the future to replace the old damaged fences at the bottom of my garden. Very pleased customer. Delivery was great too. Many thanks.”

“A recent high wind destroyed one of our council-supplied fence panels. I turned to Savoy Timber's web site for a replacement. Our existing panels have vertical slats and Savoy had one that looked identical, so I ordered one. I thought the price was a little high but when it was delivered I was surprised and delighted to find that this panel was far sturdier, (and heavier), than the original. It's really worth the price and will probably be still standing when the rest of the fence has crumbled! Good bye!”

“The fence panels themselves are excellent—exactly as described and well worth the money. Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. In-store, no one offered any help with placing an order, was told no fence panels despite seeing them stacked up in the shop, so I had to go online to order instead. Even then, the poor service continued. I needed to call the shop regarding my order, but despite trying around 10 times over two days (including right after opening hours) and at various different times every call went straight to voicemail. Overall the experience would make me think twice about ordering again or recommending savoy timber to others sadly.”

“The fence panels are very strong and well made that why gave a 5. Although I did have to wait 4 weeks for the delivery which was expensive. Ask for a discount for waiting the guy said No”
