“Delivery took some time and the delay was not communicated at time of purchase or the weeks that followed. 1 fence panel was true to size and the other was significantly wider and had to be cut by hand to fit. Previously no problems with Savoy Timber but this time just feels like the customer service and quality was lacking.”

“The order was placed on-line and was soon acknowledged by Savoy's Preston office. Unfortunately I missed a phone call on my mobile which I could not then retrieve and so left an e-mail message about arranging delivery. Nothing more was heard until the order was delivered, which was ok but I may have been out as I ddin't know when it was happening. All turned out well in the end and so I'll improve my missed call capability on my mobile, but hope that e-mails are checked at the Savoy too. The delivery person was very good, efficient and pleasant. The fence panels appear to be very good, well made and solid, so hopefully they will last a long time. All in, a good service at a competetive price and I'd definitely buy from the Savoy again. Thanks.”

“These fence panels are the best I have ever bought, the Timber used is fantastic. I would highly recommend, and already have done. also a big shout out to the staff they are absolutely brilliant”
