“Excellent service and product. Ordered online on Sat and got a call next day (on Bank Holiday weekend) arranging delivery for Tues. All timber was good quality and complete and came with ample supply of screws. Instructions were missing but a quick call and they were emailed straightaway.”

“Three lengths of the decking frame had been cut less than 2.4 metres. I called to explain the issue and was told to email customer service of my complaint with photos, which I did. Didn’t get a reply and emailed again, still no reply. Very disappointed, wouldn’t use Savoy Timber again.”
