“Very straightforward to place the order online. Decking kit delivered in excellent condition. Customer service was excellent when I rang to track the order. The only issue was that it was not possible to track the order once the delivery company had it. On delivery day, there was no way to check whether the delivery would be made in the time window specified. As it turned out, it was delivered 3 hours after the allotted time. This delivery issue was out of the control of Savoy Timber, but is worth mentioning as it has an impact on the whole process.”

“Ordered and delivered within 3 days. Every piece of wood fitted perfectly and plenty of screws to finish the job. Excellent customer service and so helpful. Would definately buy from Savoy again.”

“The deluxe decking kit is the way to go as all the wood is the right size. It’s very good quality and has been treated yo last but I will be painting it to further protect. Thanks Savoy!”
