Hello Thank you for your message and I am so sorry that you are missing your letter. I can see that we sent both letters on the 21st November, have you received either? The postal strikes are causing a lot of delays unfortunately but I would expect them to arrive soon, if you could let me know what you are missing I will send back up copies and also a digital version.
