“This letter made my granddaughter smile. She is only 2 years old, but we have already taught her about Santa. Now, at this age, she knows what Santa looks like and gets excited when she sees pictures or adverts. Christmas is truly magical. we even brought her little friend the same letter. Thank you for helping make her 2nd Christmas magical.”

“I requested delivery of a letter for 6th December but still not received anything 9 days later. I have emailed on numerous occasions but apart from a generated message that says to email another address which I have on numerous occasions I have had no response.”
