“Did not receive the letter I payed for very very annoyed ordered in plenty of time to arrive for my grandson on 22nd dec and I have been told by friends the same has happened to them so I will never be ordering with you again”

“My son is only 4 so for him to see a letter from Santa was a big thing. He was studying the letter very close and even tried to read it himself. Nice and long text, full of details, it seemed real.”
