“I chose 'Santa writing letter by candle light' for it's maturity and realistic image of Father Christmas as my great granddaughter is 7. Daisy has loved every letter from him and especially as this year she also received an additional letter from Head Elf. Her grandfather sent me a video of her reading it to him - Daisy was so excited and couldn't understand that Father Christmas' helpers 'keep watch' over her throughout the year. Everyone in the Customer Service team are so quick and helpful to respond when I contact them. The variety of AI letters are excellent and constantly change if a customer adds or changes the initial letter. So it's 5 stars all round.”
