We're sincerely sorry that your gift message was not in your parcel. We have proactively sent emails to those customers who could have potentially been affected by a fault with our gift message printer. Sadly this issue was not communicated to us before some orders were processed. As a result some parcels were sent without messages included.
We are so sorry this error has occurred, especially at this time of year when gifting is so important.

“The gift card was not in the parcel. The recipients therefore did not know who had sent the gift. There should be a FREE facility to include a message when the gift is otdered”
