“If I could give minus 0 I would. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Ringtons and the 2nd time they have let me down.
1st time they put the wrong (paid for) message on the gift so the recipient, a business colleague I had never met and barely knew, who wasnt expecting a delivery, didn't know who it was from or even if it really was for them. I was slightly surprised they didn't acknowledge the gift and some considerable time later when speaking with them asked if they'd received it making concerns they may not have owing to postal and courier delivery problems recently highlighted on Consumer & Social Media platforms.
I decided after much deliberation to give Ringtons 2nd chance. This time the gift was a Christmas present. I was and this time I received an email from Ringtons advising they had discovered tbere was a problem with their gift card printing machine and the gift card I had paid for hadn't been printed properly. Once again the gift was for a business colleague, once again I had to contact them and once again they were totally oblivious to who the gift was from.
