We’re disappointed to learn that you found it lacking in flavour, particularly the lemon, and that it wasn’t an enjoyable experience for you. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide.
To help us investigate this straight away with our suppliers, we kindly ask that you keep both the product and its packaging. This allows us to trace the full production process and understand what went wrong.
Your salesperson will be happy to collect the item from you on Monday 13th July and provide a replacement.
