About The Red Dog Company:

The Red Dog Company was born out of the quest for well-designed, high-quality, dog beds and accessories.

Our dogs work hard, whether in the field, or exercising the children. When they’re not out and about, the chances are they are in their beds, so it seems only fair to make them as comfortable as possible.

Nick and Chris are field sports enthusiasts, and self-confessed gear obsessives.

“The roll-mat is brilliant for our Labrador, and she loves it. It’s easy to get out and fold away again, beautifully made, and with it being a fine trim for the wool, easy to wash, and also dry, and comes out like new. It also provides excellent ambient warmth, due to it being wool, and its natural properties (and is even extremely comfortable for humans too!). It's a perfect space saver, with us being able to roll it. The manufacture of it is second to none and is extremely economical when considering the number of mats and beds that do not easily return to their original condition even after one wash. It has proved hardwearing even in a short period. It is perfect for us and her.”

“Apple Green Roll Up Dog Mat has been used on holiday, in the car and at home and our Cockador seems very happy with it. We like the natural fibres which have the extra advantage of being more resistant to damage from the occasional hot ember from the log burner. Previous polyester beds have almost instantly developed holes, certainly more quickly than the dog can be persuaded to move for something as trivial as her bed smoking.”

“We have the roll up bed with green backing and grey 'vet bed'. looks good. Medium ( i think that is it ) is the right size for our Cavalier King Charles. He settled on it immediately. My only concern at the moment is that the dog's 'kneading' before he lies down seems to remove a lot of the fleece. I hope we won't end up with a bald bed!”

“We recently bought one of the beautiful fire orange roll up dog mats for our terrier, Mabel from The Red Dog Company. The service was outstanding and the mat arrived in 24 hours, super speedy. The mats are expertly made and extra comfy too - Mabel absolutely loves hers and is always searching for it if I have moved it to another room. What is so fantastic, is they neatly roll up and fasten with the poppers, so it is very portable and so great to take for weekends away. We have one very happy dog. Thank you for the excellent service and superb quality, we will definitely be buying more.”
