About The Red Dog Company:

The Red Dog Company was born out of the quest for well-designed, high-quality, dog beds and accessories.

Our dogs work hard, whether in the field, or exercising the children. When they’re not out and about, the chances are they are in their beds, so it seems only fair to make them as comfortable as possible.

Nick and Chris are field sports enthusiasts, and self-confessed gear obsessives.

“The roll mat is beautifully made and my Retriever Ted, absolutely loves it! It will be so useful for taking on holiday instead of his full size bed. The orange colour is not as bright as shown on the website - more a burnt orange / rust colour, but still very nice. It’s also great that they’re manufactured in the UK”

“I bought two two roll mats (one for each WCS). They are not only beautiful to look at but are also beautifully made and, due to being portable and the wicking properties of the fleece, proved really useful on a canal boat and during a very wet camping trip! I am now trying to think of ways to use them around the home and/or trying to justify buying other dog beds from The Red Dog Company!”

“We bought a medium tweed roll mat for our Irish Setter puppy, Cilla, and she loves it! It is beautifully made, looks great, fantastic quality, wonderful British wool, has easily withstood the chewing instinct of a 14-week-old puppy, is easily transportable, wonderful to stretch out on or curl up on. A great investment! Super also to be vet-endorsed.”

“The roll-mat is brilliant for our Labrador, and she loves it. It’s easy to get out and fold away again, beautifully made, and with it being a fine trim for the wool, easy to wash, and also dry, and comes out like new. It also provides excellent ambient warmth, due to it being wool, and its natural properties (and is even extremely comfortable for humans too!). It's a perfect space saver, with us being able to roll it. The manufacture of it is second to none and is extremely economical when considering the number of mats and beds that do not easily return to their original condition even after one wash. It has proved hardwearing even in a short period. It is perfect for us and her.”
