“Cannot buy online, you have to talk to a sales agent who is very pushy in trying to sell you add on items like legal protection, to the point of arguing with me as to what I would do without it. I had to be quite forceful and rude to be able to buy a bare policy. Be warned, these are hard sell tactics.”
