“I received a letter from your company informing me that I had NOT returned the schedule. 30 minutes later my postman delivered a letter saying your company HAD received the form but I had not correctly filled in one of the questions. I completed the form and returned it by return of post but, one week later I received another letter saying no return had been received despite 2 reminders. Your office staff are letting down your company badly - and you will be getting a very bad reputation.”

“Not had to use the company, hope I don't have to. I am just hoping if I had to use them they would be very easy to deal with and not try to skimp.”
