“Despite the good price and customer service, when I've come to make amendments to my policy, I.e. Remove a bike because it had been written off, add a bike to replace the one written off, the standing charges for each change plus the ridiculous levy for the newest addition has made the policy far exceed the renewal quote from my previous insurer. I wish I had stayed with them!”

“The only problem I encountered was the quantity of evidence and declarations required after I accepted their quote, no other insurance company have ever asked for these and, despite sending via email I was asked again for the same documents. All sorted now and although in hindsight I can see why they would want the details, asking for them at the time rather than emailing the request and threatening cancelation if not provided would have been a more professional approach.”

“Everything went smoothly ,obviously would have liked it to be cheaper as I can only ride one bike at a time other company's use to add on £10.00 per thousand to the value of second bike this seemed to be a fair way of doing it.”

“Bikesure provided a better more competitive quote, than my renewal quote. The policy provided better cover. Direct contact by phone was smooth and efficient. Great. I recommend bikesure for a great deal.”

“I Am generally pleased with service. But was not happy with last Insurer as they would not insure my new bike as it costs over a certain amount. So I guess I will not use other insurer anymore. But thanks to your service I found a Insurer that would and gave me a good price. So thanks for your brilliant help. Yours sincerely Paul Cooke.”
