“Customer service is terrible. A birthday present that breaks without collision. Can’t get hold of anyone on chat, no phone number or I keep getting disconnected and the broken part is out of stock so the grandsons birthday present is useless.”

“The car looked fine at first, and our four-year-old was delighted to receive it. We noticed the super long charging time of around eight hours.
Unfortunately, after only a few runs the performance declined significantly. The gears appear to have slipped, and although the motor still runs on a full charge, the car loses power as soon as it encounters the slightest obstacle (e.g a single LEGO brick). In practice, this means it no longer moves properly and certainly cannot be described as a crawler.
In addition, the top light broke off on the second day with only gentle handling, which was very disappointing.
Overall, we cannot recommend this product due to the combination of poor durability and limited functionality. Very unhappy experiences.”
