“Very promising coffee, with great crema and mouth feel, as I made it in my Lelit Mara X machine. However, the flavour is very much at the mellow end of the spectrum, with mid-brown crema colour, and does not punch through in a flat white. I feel that all the elements are there for a great espresso coffee but the roast is only mid+ and needs to be a few grades darker to develop all the flavours. Sorry, but a miss in this state.”

“I love the Italian Job coffee. It’s super versatile. In fact I flit between espresso with milk and it produces a gorgeous pleasing espresso with a great crema. Super forgiving. Then I use it it for pour over (I use v60 anf chemex) and it’s great there too. A crowd pleaser or a coffee with punch.”
