“I don’t seem to have received a colour pack. Only have a plastic bag to pack shoes in and an order form. Should I have been sent a colour ‘chart’/ pack ?”

Hi Thank you for your query. When you order the colour pack you are paying for the hand dyeing service rather than a physical product, so what you get in the post initially is just the order form and a pre paid postage bag. Our dyeing service is completely bespoke so we will match any colour you desire, therefore we ask you to send in a swatch of colour (this can be anything material which is 2" x 2", from ribbon to cotton reels to a dress). Once you have returned your Rainbow Club shoes along with the order form and colour swatch we will hand mix the dye and apply it to your shoes to create the perfect match and return them within 15 working days.
