“Rainbow Club were able to dye a new pair of Rainbow shoes purchased on eBay - their customer service was very efficient in replying to my email enquiry, and I received my dyed shoes very quickly within the 10 day promise. The shoes can out exact as colour swatch sent. Very pleased with the service.”

“I have been extremely pleased with the service received from Rainbow. I initally rang the company asking for advice on having my wedding shoes dyed and was given helpful and courteous advice. I found the web site easy to follow, a form and bag returned to me straight away. I posted the shoes on the Tuesday and they were returned on the Saturday morning. EXCELENT SERVICE and the shoes were imaculate, just what I had requested. I would not hesitate in using Rainbow again.”

“I sent a swatch of my dress fabric and the shoes are a perfect colour match . Extremely quick service too. Shoes returned within a week.”

“I paid for the option t9 have the shoes dyed at a later day. Shoes arrived with appropriate bag to return for dyeing, but instructions for selecting required colour are unclear and I cannot seem to obtain clarification. I know I can send swatch, but I have no intention of cutting piece of my hat!”

Hi David Thank you for your review. Our colour pack service is a completely bespoke service so we can dye to match any fabric swatch. We can accept your whole hat as a swatch (we would certainly not expect you to cut some material off), or you can find something which is the correct colour such as a cotton reel, tie or anything fabric. We will then hand mix the colour to match and dye your shoes. The finish is beautiful, you won't regret using this service and we get so many lovely reviews from customers after they have had their shoes and/or handbags dyed.
