What did this product help heal or comfort? Back ache

“Great knee pillow which I was able to make the perfect size by removing some of the wool. It helps me get a more comfortable sleep as my back feels more aligned. I also love the fact it’s made in the UK. The strap is very long (understandable to account for different sizes of users and ways of strapping) but I folded a section and sewed it together so it was the perfect size for me.”

What did this product help heal or comfort? I use a knee pillow to prevent problems before they might arrive. I don't have any alignment or other problems with my spine, knees, hips or anywhere, for which I am grateful daily, especially as I zoom through my seventies.

“The wool-filled knee pillow itself (and also its cover) is comfortable and somehow comforting, even more so than my memory foam one of a different make which has gradually crumbled inside its cover. It has compressed slightly after a couple of weeks as I expected, but hardly noticeable. I don't use the elastic band and haven't removed it because I don't really notice it, even with bare legs - knee pillows don't seem to move out of place. I doubt I'll buy a different one next time, unless it doesn't last, and I recommend it.”

“Over stuffed with wool and I now have a cupboard full of spare wool. Not sure it’s the right size for me as I have gone back to the cushion I was using before. I think it’s on the small size.”

Hello Steve, we like to overfill our wool ball products to make them height adjustable & because the wool can compress over time (it is a natural product) meaning you can top it up as needed. - the Putnams team

What did this product help heal or comfort? The pillow helps a side-sleeper with mild osteoarthritis in the hip by supporting the load of the leg on the affected side. This allows the user to enjoy restful sleep.

“It is a distinct advantage of the knee pillowthat you can easily unzip the inner casing and adjust the amount of wool filling accordingly to suit one's own comfort level. The strap takes some getting used to but it is optional with a handy velcro fixture”

What did this product help heal or comfort? Support to keep correct position at night following hip replacement

“Well ive not used my knee pillow yet as ive only just had my hip replacement surgery - but i bought it with a view to recovery down the road. Its a useful bit of kit to have in and i wanted wool having learned that that would help me avoid overheating. It arrived stuffed full, and its handy to be able to unzip to remove or add wool. Im really happy to have the pillow to suport me through my first joint replacement (eeek …everone says ‘first’ as though there are more to come …. and who knows maybe there will be, but its ok i have this handy pillow now… ☺️). Ordering from Putnams was easy, delivery really quick. Im glad to have found them and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you very much, and thank you for planting a tree!
