“Well ive not used my knee pillow yet as ive only just had my hip replacement surgery - but i bought it with a view to recovery down the road. Its a useful bit of kit to have in and i wanted wool having learned that that would help me avoid overheating. It arrived stuffed full, and its handy to be able to unzip to remove or add wool. Im really happy to have the pillow to suport me through my first joint replacement (eeek …everone says ‘first’ as though there are more to come …. and who knows maybe there will be, but its ok i have this handy pillow now… ☺️). “I really like the pillow - it works very well and I like the option of removing some of the stuffing. The only thing I would have liked would be to have an option of more colourful covers made out of some nice fabric! It's a bit clinical looking. Perhaps this is on the drawing board for the future?”

Osteo arthritis
“My osteopath recommended using a cushion between my knees when sleeping after diagnosing osteo arthritis in my hips. After a while using an ordinary cushion I decided to upgrade to one specifically for the purpose. I discovered Putnams whilst browsing the different options and when I discovered they had a wool knee pillow I knew there was no other option for me (as an avid crafter and wool snob!!).
The cushion has provided pain relief during the night which I find truly astonishing, and because of the wool you don't get sweaty or over hot with it. It was useful to be able to adjust the firmness by being able to take out some wool. Whilst I'm not happy about having to have such an item due to arthritis I am very happy to have found this product and been able to support a UK family business. Thank you Putnums.”

“This is excellent, being able to adjust the pillow is really good as it is has a lot of wool in it. Using the pillow has been a great comfort, I position it so there's no pressure on either knee. Bad knee pain was keeping me awake during the night, as a result of using the pillow I am sleeping better and the pain doesn't wake me up very often now. It has been a really good buy for me and worth every penny.”
