“I bought this tube styled pillow to help with severe osteoarthritis in my cervical spine. I now wake up without the nagging pain in my neck. I put it inside my pillowcase as recommended”
“I use this in my reiki treatment room, generally at the back of the knees. This works well in my opinion with the butterfly pillow under the neck.

“I bought this with wool filling, I have been suffering for neck pain for months and not been able to find a pillow that is supportive, this has been great. It’s classed as firm but you can take out filling to make it softer. I was staying at someone else’s house who’s pillows were firm so I left more of the wool in, but when I got home to softer pillows I took more out to match so it didn’t stand out in comparison. I’m also going traveling for a couple of months soon which I was worried about, but I’m taking it with me as it will upgrade any pillow in hotels and I’m also going to use it on the plane. Would definitely recommend anyone suffering with neck pain to try it.
