What did this product help heal or comfort? Neck instability

“I think this would’ve been good, but I couldn’t get it to work with any of my pillows unfortunately. I don’t think it’s a problem with the item, I just have a very unstable neck. This cervical roll seemed the right shape and medium firmness and I’d recommend it.”
