Hello, you do not need to pay extra, simply return the item to us for a full refund within 14 days of you receiving it in the sealed hygiene bag. For future customers the sealed hygiene bag is a thin covering, allowing you to try the pillow. Once the bag has been removed you are unable to return the item. - the Putnams team
